Fresh Water Supply in 13 Litre RO Plant Water Bottles for Koh-e-Batil Gwadar Unit

Pakistan Navy, through its 3rd FP Battalion based at Koh-e-Batil, Gwadar, is inviting quotations from reputed GST-registered contractors, firms, or transporters for the supply of fresh water in 13 litre RO plant water bottles. The contract covers the provision of bottled fresh water, including GST as applicable, to the unit at Koh-e-Batil, Gwadar for the financial years 2026-27, in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Items being procured: - Fresh Water through pet bottles (13 Litre bottle RO Plant Water) including GST as applicable The technical scope involves the regular and timely supply of potable water in sealed 13 litre RO plant water bottles, delivered to the specified Pakistan Navy unit. All bidders must be GST professional tax registered and able to comply with the quality and delivery requirements set by the Navy. Tender documents, including detailed specifications, can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 during working hours (0900 to 1300 hrs) within 15 days of the advertisement from either the Store Office 3rd FP Battalion at Koh-e-Batil, Gwadar, or the Coastal Liaison Office at PNS IQBAL, PN Dockyard, Karachi. Quotations must be submitted by 11 September 2026 at 1000 hrs at the 3rd FP Battalion. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of all representatives. Shortlisted bidders will be required to obtain security clearance from the relevant Naval authorities. All government taxes will be deducted as per prevailing procedures. The Commanding Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
