Establishment and Outsourcing of Frozen Food Outlets at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Lahore is inviting bids for the establishment and outsourcing of frozen food outlets at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This concession is for a period of five years or until the finalization of the Frozen Food Expansion Project or until the Domestic and International Terminal becomes part of the International Terminal, whichever is earlier. The concession includes operation of branded concession premises within the Domestic Departure Lounge. Items being procured: - Establishment and outsourcing of frozen food outlets The technical scope involves setting up and managing frozen food outlets at the airport premises, ensuring quality service and compliance with airport regulations. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational aspects including staffing, supply chain, and maintenance of the outlets. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation will carry 80% weightage. Bidders must provide a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 for tender documents. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Submission of fake documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The tender documents must be submitted in two sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer and Financial Offer, placed in one envelope and dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore by 29th July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day.
