This opportunity is exclusively for Oil Marketing Companies and the facility is designated solely for company operating sites. Items being procured: - Development and operation of Fuel Station Facility on an area of 9.5 Kanals The project involves establishing a fully operational fuel station at a strategic location within DHA Rawalpindi. The site spans 9.5 Kanals, offering significant commercial potential. The scope includes land utilization and facility management under DHA’s terms and conditions. The monthly reserved base rent is set at Rs. 2.5 Million, with an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 250 Million. Detailed terms and conditions will be shared with shortlisted OMCs.
