Fumigation and Malaria/Dengue/Derating/Rodents/Termites Control Spray Services in Port Qasim Authority Areas, Offices, Crafts and Housing Complex 2026-28

Port Qasim Authority (PQA) Karachi invites qualified firms to submit tenders for comprehensive fumigation and control spray services targeting Malaria, Dengue, Derating, Rodents, and Termites across PQA areas, offices, crafts, and housing complex for the period 2026-28. This contract is managed by the Environment & Safety Department of PQA and covers multiple locations within Karachi. Items being procured: - Fumigation services - Malaria/Dengue control spray - Derating services - Rodent control spray - Termite control spray The scope includes daily fumigation and pest control in PQA offices such as Industrial Management Department, Security Pass Office, Administration Buildings (Blocks I, II, III), Masjids, Medical Centre, Security & Cargo Operation Offices, Telephone Exchange, Workshops, Cargo Offices, Tower Building, Finance Division, Officers Mess, Legal Cell, Secretariat Block, Revenue Section, DG Finance Block, PQA House, Liaison Office, and others. It also covers PQA Housing Complex flats (VIP, VI, VII types), Port Qasim Public School, Imam Bargah, Jamia Masjid, Caretaker and Security Offices, and PQA crafts including tugs (MT. Kadiro, MT. Sohna, MT. Mohna, MT. Korangi, MT. Gharo, MT. Pipri, MT. Malir, BT. Mazdoor), pilot boats (PB. Heer, PB. Sassi, PB. Lahoot, PB. Amber), survey boats (SL. Jatli, SL. Sadaf, SL. Sea-Star), and work/surveillance boats (SB. Makli). The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and application necessary for effective pest control. Materials must be original, sealed, and approved by PQA representatives. The contractor must ensure safety and indemnify PQA against any damages or claims arising from substandard materials or improper application. Uniforms for workers are mandatory. The contract duration is two years with a possible one-year extension based on performance. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, audited financial statements for the last three years, and proof of registration with EOBI/SESSI. Earnest money of Rs. 400,000/- in the form of a pay order from a Karachi-based scheduled bank is required. Performance security of 10% of the bid price will be deposited upon contract signing. Tender submission must be addressed to the Manager (Environment & Safety), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi, and received by 1200 hrs on the specified closing date. Late submissions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 1230 hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
