Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System on DAP Basis for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified and eligible bidders to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System. This procurement is specifically for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research located in Lahore. Items being procured: - Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) Instrumentation System (Package No. 06, Lot-D) provided on DAP basis. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The estimated cost for this project is approximately Rs. 19 Million with a bid security of Rs. 380,000. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) with a bid validity of 180 days. Interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP document instructions and submitted electronically on or before 28th October 2026 by 02:30 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposals submitted through other means will not be considered. In case the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Bidders are advised to carefully review the RFP documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and ensure compliance with all requirements including PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and earnest money submission.
