Framework Contract for Repair & Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment UHPLC & HPLC, Calibration of Laboratory Equipment and Clean Room Validation

The Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad under the Government of Punjab invites bids from tax registered firms through a framework contract for repair and maintenance of laboratory equipment UHPLC & HPLC, calibration of laboratory equipment, and clean room validation in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Lot # 1: Repair & Maintenance of Laboratory equipment UHPLC & HPLC - Lot # 2: Provision of Services for Laboratory Equipment Calibration (Mass, Temperature, Volume, etc) - Lot # 3: Provision of Services for Laboratory Equipment Calibration (Tensile test, Colony counter, etc) - Lot # 4: Provision of Services for Microbiology lab clean room validation The scope includes technical services for repair, maintenance, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory instruments and validation of clean room environments. The work will be conducted at Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad, A-Block, G.M Abad, near DPS School Faisalabad. Bidders must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. Earnest money in the form of 1% bid security of the estimated price is required for each lot. Complete bidding documents and specifications are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website (www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Bids will be received only through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened online at Punjab e-Procurement System on the last date for submission of bids at 11:30 AM. A Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for 23-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of Drugs Testing Laboratory Faisalabad. Interested bidders should submit their reservations in writing by 23-10-2026 till 11:00 AM.
