SNGPL Procurement of Galvanized Fasteners, Wrench and Ear Plugs

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of galvanized fasteners, workshop tools and hearing-protection items for delivery to SNGPL Camp, Main Indus Highway, Ghazni Khel, Lakki Marwat. The procurement is funded under the FY 2026-27 programme and will be evaluated through Least Cost Based Selection under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Items and quantities are: 1) Ear Plug, foam disposable, 210 Nos, bid security **PKR 3,800**; 2) Galvanized Steel Washers Flat M20, 110 Nos, **PKR 5,100**; 3) Galvanized Steel Washers Flat M24, 110 Nos, **PKR 4,900**; 4) Galvanized Steel Washers Flat M30, 120 Nos, **PKR 5,300**; 5) Galvanized Steel Studs M16 x 40 mm, 60 dozen, **PKR 1,700**; 6) Adjustable Alloy Steel Wrench 12 inches, 15 Nos, **PKR 100**; 7) Galvanized Steel Bolts M16 x 40 mm, 110 Nos, **PKR 3,200**; 8) Galvanized Steel Bolts M18 x 50 mm, 110 Nos, **PKR 2,500**; 9) Galvanized Steel Bolts M20 x 60 mm, 115 Nos, **PKR 5,300**; 10) Steel Nuts M16, 110 Nos, **PKR 4,900**; 11) Galvanized Steel Studs M18 x 50 mm, 100 Nos, **PKR 4,700**; 12) Galvanized Steel Studs M20 x 60 mm, 80 Nos, **PKR 3,500**; and 13) Galvanized Self Scrapping Screw MS-8, 90 Nos, **PKR 5,400**. Technical requirements include corrosion-resistant galvanized or zinc-coated carbon or alloy steel, relevant DIN, ASTM, ASME or ISO standards, and brand-new compliant material. Ear plugs require noise reduction of 31 dB and EN 352-1 or ANSI Z12.6-1997 compliance. Delivery is required within 15 days of the purchase order. Eligible bidders must provide FBR NTN, GSTN where applicable, Professional Tax Clearance Certificate for 2026-27, past experience and required declarations. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form, with the original hard copy delivered before closing. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS v2.0 by **20 August 2026 at 03:00 PM**. Manual bids are not entertained. Opening will occur online the same day at **03:30 PM**. Clarifications must be submitted through EPADS by **14 August 2026**.
