AUCTION: General Auction of Vehicles by WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society (WECHS) located near Sangjani, Islamabad, is conducting a general auction of vehicles. This auction includes various models such as Honda, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Hilux, and Pajero vehicles. The auction will be held on Monday, November 2, 2026. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles on any working day between 09:00 AM and 04:00 PM prior to the auction. Items being auctioned: - Honda vehicles - Toyota Corolla - Toyota Hilux - Pajero models Prospective bidders must deposit a refundable security amount of Rs. 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupees) per vehicle. This deposit is payable to the Secretary, WAPDA Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Islamabad, via Demand Draft or Pay Order before the auction date. The successful bidder is required to pay 25% of the bid amount in cash on the spot, with the remaining balance payable within seven (07) days. Additionally, successful bidders are liable to pay income tax on the bid price as per government regulations. The management reserves the right to cancel any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders should ensure timely submission of their security deposits and prepare for the payment schedule to avoid disqualification. Inspecting vehicles beforehand is highly recommended to make informed bids.
