ASF Quetta Airport FY 2026-27 General Goods Pre-Qualification

The **Airports Security Force (ASF)**, through CSO ASF Quetta Airport, invites suppliers to apply for annual pre-qualification for on-demand general and miscellaneous goods, related supplies, repairs, and incidental services required during FY 2026-27. Successful applicants will subsequently be invited to participate in bidding processes and may enter into contract agreements for approved requirements at Quetta International Airport and associated ASF locations. Mandatory item and service lots include: A-03302 Water Charges, including water tanker bowser; A-03304 Hot and Cold Weather Charges, including ice, coal, and firewood; A-03826 Transportation of Goods, including travel from Quetta International Airport to Dalbandin Airport, Quetta International Airport to Zhob Airport, and ASF headquarters to Quetta International Airport; A-03905 Newspapers, Periodicals and Books; A-03906 Uniforms and Protective Clothing; A-03942 Other Stores, including cleaning products, electrical items, cables, plumbing materials, tools, gardening equipment, safety articles, kitchen items, welfare goods, and miscellaneous edible items; A-03970 Education, Motivation and Welfare, including food, sports equipment, kitchenware, furniture-related goods, and solar lights; A-13101 Repair of Machinery and Equipment; A-03927 Purchase of Drugs and Medicines; A-13201 Repair of Furniture and Fixtures; A-13701 Repair of Hardware; A-13301 Repair of Office Buildings; A-13302 Repair of Residential Buildings; and A-13301 Repair and Maintenance, including vehicle, motorcycle, generator, and associated spare-part requirements. Listed quantities are generally one unit per item or service, with units including No, packet, bottle, kilogram, litre, metre, pair, dozen, CFT, and travel. Applicants must satisfy the stated eligibility and qualification requirements, including relevant registration, last three years experience, professional tax and Chamber of Commerce certificates, FBR documents and returns, audit reports from an ICAP-registered firm, ISO 9001 certification, local presence in Quetta, bank statements, turnover evidence, and a call deposit. Technical qualification requires at least 49 of 70 marks. Submit the application through EPADS v2.0 by **21 August 2026 at 09:30 AM**.
