All bidders must be registered in Pakistan, on FBR ATL, and with DGDP/DGP-A/PEC as applicable. Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated bid value must be deposited within five working days of intimation. The procurement is planned for the current financial year, and quantities may be amended at the time of order. Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical and Financial Proposals), with a third envelope for Vendor Profile/Qualification Documents, all clearly marked as per instructions.
