Supply of Generic Consumable Items for Population Welfare Department Sindh

The Population Welfare Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi, invites bids for the supply of Generic Consumable items for the year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the requirements of various service delivery outlets under the department. P/Box) 3700 pcs - Hand Sanitizer (Alcoholic liquid / hand rub) 70% alcohol (500 ml) per bottle 2701 pcs - Cotton Roll 500 grams 11500 pcs - Liquid Bleach 4 Liters/Bottle (Chlorine 5% concentration) (Approved by PCSIR) 6500 pcs - Pregnancy Test Strip (50 per box) 2170 pcs - Autoclave tape 1400 pcs - Surgical gloves 7½ (50 pair) per box 800 pcs - Vicryl (1) 1000 pcs - Fix role each 1404 pcs - Draw Sheet Latha 2 meter 1400 pcs - OT Dress Large 1500 pcs - OT Gown Large 800 pcs - Manual Needle Cutter 2000 pcs The technical scope includes supply of these consumables meeting the required quality standards and specifications as per the bidding documents. The delivery is required within 120 days of issuance of the work order. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, provide valid manufacturing licenses or authorized dealership certificates, and demonstrate past experience supplying generic consumable items to government institutions. Earnest Money (Bid Security) of 2.5% of the total bid value is mandatory. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. The tender documents can be downloaded from the SPPRA EPADS portal. Original bid security and signed bids must be delivered to the Deputy Director (W&D), Population Welfare Department, 11th Floor NICL Building, Abbasi Shaheed Road, Karachi before bid opening on 5th August 2026. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
