Bidders must upload technical and financial proposals on the EPAD portal. Tender fees and 5% security deposit must be paid by pay order. Financial proposals must be on firm letterhead, signed and stamped. Prices quoted must be within approved district administration price ceilings and floors. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration and compliance with hospital procurement rules. Samples of quoted items must be submitted for evaluation. Preference will be given to bidders offering the highest discount. The tender opens on 22-10-2026 at 12:00 noon and will remain open for 60 days.
