Items being procured: - Glass Tube Level Indicator (Qty: 1, Chinese Origin, C/C 1000mm, End Connection Size DN-20, Ball Valve/Gate Valve DN 20 150#, End Connection Pressure Rating 150#, End Connection Standard ASME B16.5, Design Pressure 3.5 Bar, Design Temperature 150C, Drain Valve DN-10, Accessories: With Aluminium Alloy Protective Cover with Markings) Suppliers must provide a supply reference record for the quoted material, and a certificate of origin under Pak-China Free Trade Agreement is required if the country of origin is China. A letter of authorization as a local agent of the foreign principal must be attached with the quotation. Ocean freight charges up to Karachi seaport must be quoted separately. Offers having country of origin Israel and India will not be considered. Quotation of foreign principal must be attached. Only one local agent can quote an offer from one foreign principal in the tender. HMC may reject offers with a validity period less than 30 days against the tender. A tender fee of PKR 1500 is applicable. Bid security of 2 percent must be submitted with the bid as per the tender terms and conditions. The deadline for submission is 31 August 2026, and bids must reach the Admin Building by 1400 hours for opening in public at 1430 hours on the same date.
