Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on an item wise basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, or engaged entities in manufacturing or trading. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Physics Laboratory and Related Scientific Equipment (details in tender document) The procurement is for scientific equipment to be used in the Physics Laboratory at the university. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. All bids must be uploaded through the e-procurement system before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives as per PPRA Rule 30(1). A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity is 120 days. If the submission day is a holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The submission deadline is 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day.
