Remaining Portion of B/T Road Gorani to RD 236, District Sohbatpur

The Urban Planning & Development Department, Naseerabad Division at D.M. Jamali, Government of Balochistan, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for road infrastructure works under the Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR) 2026. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014, as amended, using the EPPS system. Mandatory item and lot list: Sr. No. 01; Remaining Portion of B/T Road Gorani to RD 236, District Sohbatpur; PSDP No. S382 22/2025-2978, financial year 2026-27; estimated cost **PKR 99,009,854**. The scope covers execution and completion of the remaining portion of the bituminous-topped road to the alignment, dimensions, specifications, quality standards, quantities and technical requirements set out in the bidding documents and applicable CSR provisions. Eligibility requires valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council, renewed up to date, in Category C-4 or above, together with the relevant specialization code or codes specified in the bidding documents. Firms must also be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List, maintain valid income-tax registration and demonstrate turnover for at least the last two years. Additional qualification, experience, equipment, staffing and documentary requirements will apply as stated in the bidding documents. Each bid must include bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. A non-refundable tender processing fee of **PKR 2,500** must be deposited into Government Treasury under Head of Account C-03870 through Green Challan Form at the National Bank of Pakistan. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPPS supplier dashboard by **24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM**. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at **11:00 AM** on EPPS.
