Group Insurance and Financial Assistance Services for WASA Multan Employees

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Multan invites sealed proposals from reputable insurance companies for the provision of Group Insurance and Financial Assistance services for all WASA Multan employees. This opportunity is open to insurance firms with a minimum AA++ rating and a proven track record in handling large-scale group insurance schemes for public sector organizations in Pakistan. Items being procured: - Group Insurance coverage for all WASA Multan employees (as per Punjab Government policy) - Financial Assistance services for employees and their families in accordance with the latest government notifications and policies The technical scope includes comprehensive group insurance coverage for employees, including death, disability, and other risks as per government rules. The selected insurance company will also be responsible for timely disbursement of financial assistance to eligible employees or their families. The contract period will cover all employees on the payroll as of 01.07.2026, and the insurance must comply with Punjab Government notifications FD-SR-1/3-10/2004(P-II) dated 15.08.2017 and FD-SR-1/3-10/2004 dated 07.02.2024. Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP, FBR (Active Taxpayer List), and possess at least an AA++ insurance rating. Experience in handling similar group insurance contracts for government departments is mandatory. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are as per Punjab PPRA rules. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Director Administration, WASA Multan, by 08.10.2026 at 12:00 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained. A practical tip: Ensure your technical and financial proposals are complete and all supporting documents, including proof of AA++ rating and relevant experience certificates, are attached to avoid disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
