Procurement of Insurance Services through Takaful for Loans to Punjab Land Records Authority Employees

The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites bids/proposals for the procurement of services of an insurance company to provide insurance coverage through Takaful for loans given to employees of PLRA. This procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Method as prescribed under PPR-2014 and will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual or conditional tenders and tenders by post will not be entertained. The contract duration is for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 more years on mutual consent. Items being procured: - Services of an Insurance Company for Insurance Coverage through Takaful for Loans given to Employees by PLRA Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. A bid security of PKR 150,000 must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by PITB/Punjab e-Procurement. Physical financial instruments such as CDR or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 28.09.2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bids will be opened on 05.10.2026 at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders who choose to attend. Tender documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR/ATL registration and earnest money submission. The submission deadline is strictly 05.10.2026 at 12:00 p.m. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System is complete and up to date well before the submission deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
