Guarding, Security and Firefighting Services for NICL Properties

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites bids for the provision of non-consultancy services specifically for guarding, security, and firefighting services at NICL properties. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure the safety and security of NICL assets located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Guarding Services - Security Services - Firefighting Services The scope includes comprehensive security and firefighting coverage for NICL properties, requiring experienced and qualified service providers. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a Bid Securing Declaration as per the prescribed format.
