Procurement of Emergency Rescue Equipment, Control Room and Wireless Communication, Fabrication & Equipment, Furniture and Fixture, Parking Sheds, Rescue Drones with 100 kg Payload

The State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA) Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from GST and NTN registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, and importers for procurement of emergency rescue and related equipment in Muzaffarabad. This procurement is under the Development Scheme 'Establishment of Emergency Service Rescue 1122' with the objective to enhance disaster response capabilities. Items being procured: - Emergency Rescue Equipment (Package-I) with Bid Security PKR 1,500,000 - Control Room and Wireless Communication (Package-II) with Bid Security PKR 2,000,000 - Fabrication & Equipment (Package-III) with Bid Security PKR 1,000,000 - Furniture and Fixture (Package-IV) with Bid Security PKR 200,000 - Parking Sheds (Package-V) with Bid Security PKR 200,000 - Rescue Drones with 100 kg Payload (Package-VI) with Bid Security PKR 3,000,000 The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, instructions, and conditions for participation. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per AJ&K PPRA Rules 2017.
