Bids must be submitted online before **26 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**; opening will occur the same day and time. Contractors must be registered with KPRA and submit valid enlistment, tax and ATL documentation, along with the required bid security and digitally uploaded CDR details. The tender fee is payable online at 0.03 percent of estimated cost. Practical tip: carefully verify the package number, bid security instrument and E-PAD upload status before the deadline, as late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted.
