Improvement and Widening of Road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake and Construction of C&WD Office and Residence at Kharmang

The Government of Gilgit Baltistan, through the Office of the Executive Engineer B&R Division C&WD Kharmang, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure for important infrastructure works in Kharmang. The tender includes two main projects: the improvement and widening of the road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake, involving construction of rigid/PCC pavement on the Changmer Ganoqu Tota Lake track, and the construction of the C&WD office and residence at Kharmang (Portion-I). Items being procured: - Improvement and widening of road from Changmer Bridge to Tota Imtiaz Lake (Const. of Rigid/PCC Pavement on Changmer Ganoqu Tota Lake Track) - Construction of C&WD Office at Kharmang (Portion-I) The road project has an estimated cost of Rs. 39.560 million with a 2% bid security of Rs. 0.791 million, while the office construction is estimated at Rs. 46.723 million with a 2% bid security of Rs. 0.935 million. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer during office hours after publication. Technical bids must be prepared according to the evaluation criteria and submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Superintending Engineer Communication and Works Department Ghanche-Kharmang Circle near Parishan Chowk before the closing date. Late submissions will not be entertained. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/code and comply with GB PPRA Rules 2022. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 10,000/- for each project. The opening of technical bids will be held on 19 October 2026 at the specified times.
