Tender Description
Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC) invites open competitive bids through ONLINE proposals under the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure for the harvesting of 84 acres of moongi crop using a combine harvester in Khanewal. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Seed Corporation, a government autonomous body established under the Punjab Seed Corporation Act 1976.

- Harvesting of 84 acres moongi crop through combine harvester
The scope includes complete harvesting work of the specified acreage using mechanized combine harvesting equipment. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable taxes including Income Tax, GST, and PRA/PST. The bid security is set at Rs. 27,500 and performance security at 5% of the quoted rate. The bid security must be deposited electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System before the submission deadline.
Eligibility criteria require firms or sole proprietors to have valid registration certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Undertaking on company letterhead confirming the firm has never been blacklisted by Punjab Seed Corporation must be attached. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The bid validity period is 60 days from the last submission date.
Bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) before 11:00 AM on September 14, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM online with intimation automatically updated to bidders. Hand submission of bids is not allowed.
