This opportunity is open to all registered firms and manufacturers who meet the depot's pre-qualification and registration requirements. The procurement is specifically for a range of items required for the maintenance and operation of heating equipment, with delivery and compliance to Army specifications being mandatory. Only those firms registered with Composite Ordnance Depot Jaglot or other recognized military organizations are eligible, but new suppliers may register within two weeks of submission. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes and valid until 30 June 2027. Sealed bids must be submitted to the depot or dropped in the tender box before 1030 hours on 31 August 2026. The tender will be opened at 1100 hours the same day in the presence of the Board of Officers.
