Procurement of Heavy Duty Filter Production Equipment for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Heavy Duty Filter Production Equipment under Tender No 5001/IT-5201/2026-27/FOB/SPF/SCM dated 21 August 2026. This procurement is for the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Heavy Duty Filter Production Equipment including Roller 45mm, 42mm, 38mm - Automatic Paper Loading Machine 5000 - Inner Core Origami Machine - Roller 9mm - Spiral Tube Making Machine (Diameter Range: 80mm-450mm, Net Width: 109mm, Production Capacity: 15m-30m, Power: 4 kW) - Slitting Machine (Design Speed: 20m/min, Production Range: 100mm-1250mm, Power: 1.5 kW) - Automatic Cutting and Rolling Machine (Design Speed: 23 m/min, Working Width: 10000mm, Power: 3 kW) - HDAF Mesh Welding Machine (Power: 3 kW) - End Cap Glue Injection Machine (Glue Output: 5g-40g, Production Efficiency: 8-20 pieces/min) - Station Round PU Machine (Max Diameter: 400mm, Temperature Control: 0-190°C) - Full Auto 16 Stations Curing Oven (Seal Speed: 180 pcs/h) - Auto Ink Jet Coding Machine (Laser Wavelength: 1060 mm) - Turntable Machine for Coding The equipment must meet specified performance parameters and be installed and commissioned by the supplier. Installation and commissioning will be carried out at the Special Production Facility (SPF), HIT Taxila. Training for maintenance and operation will be provided for 4 weeks to 4 personnel at HIT premises. The delivery period is 9 months after signing the contract or 6 months after opening of LC. The supplier must provide 5 years of lifecycle support and spare parts backup. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with HIT, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, bank statements, CNIC of MD, and certificates of non-blacklisting. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes (Technical and Financial) sealed and placed in one envelope addressed to the Assistant Director (Supply Chain Management Directorate), Heavy Industries Taxila, Gate No. 5, Taxila Cantt.
