Tender Description
CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the procurement of HESCO plant and allied equipment, safety and miscellaneous tools to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement process will be conducted in line with single stage – two envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines.

The technical scope covers supply of plant, equipment, and tools required for operational and safety needs at CMT & SD Golra. All purchases will be subject to inspection to ensure quality, quantity, and standard of stores. Bidding is open to all manufacturers, agents, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractor firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Excise & Taxation Departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP) or Directorate General Procurement – Army (DGP-A) and other relevant authorities is also required.
Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to PKR 1,000,000 (Rupees One Million Only) must accompany each bid. Tender documents can be inspected and purchased from the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Sealed tenders must be dropped in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra before 01 Sep 2026 at 10:30 hours. Bids will be opened on 01 Sep 2026 at 11:00 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who wish to attend. Late bids will be rejected.
