Hiring of 05 Buses for Pick & Drop of Students of University of Rasul

The University of Rasul invites sealed bids from reputable firms and companies registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST/PST) purposes. The procurement is for hiring 05 buses for pick and drop transport facility of students on various routes in Rasul, District Mandi Bahauddin. Items being procured: - 2 buses for Mano Chak route covering 53 Km - 2 buses for Phalia route covering 43 Km - 2 buses for Malikwal route covering 45 Km - 2 buses for Dinga route covering 20 Km - 2 buses for Mandi City route covering 20 Km The firms must have registered buses with minimum 62+1 seats not older than 2015 or as per Punjab Government Rules. Buses must bear certificate of fitness by Motor Vehicle Examiner. Drivers must have valid HTV/PSV licenses and experience in providing transport services in reputed institutions. Bidders may participate in all routes. Bidding documents are available from Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA, and University of Rasul websites. Bids must be submitted through EP Punjab e-Procurement portal. Sealed bids prepared as per instructions must be submitted by 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened same day at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bids without bid security or late submissions will be rejected. Bid security of Rs. 384,000 must be submitted through Bank of Punjab online as per Punjab E-Procurement Portal procedures. Original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting, copies of Income Tax certificate, GST/PST certificates showing active status must be submitted physically before closing date and time at the given address. University is not responsible for delays caused by courier or post. In case of official holiday on submission day, next day will be closing date. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
