Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the hiring of a 30 KVA diesel generator for its Sub Area Office in Pabbi, Peshawar Region. This procurement is for non-consultancy services under the financial year 2026-27. The contract involves providing a Perkins or equivalent standard brand 30 KVA diesel-run generator set in good working condition on a rental basis. The generator will be installed and commissioned at the designated site and must remain operational with 100% uptime except for scheduled maintenance. SNGPL will supply diesel fuel, while the contractor is responsible for all repairs, maintenance, mobil oil, filters, and spare parts. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable for another year subject to performance and mutual consent. The contractor must repair or replace the generator within 24 hours of any breakdown. Payment will be made on a per-day rental basis based on actual operational days certified by SNGPL. Eligible bidders must meet PEC category requirements, be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities, and provide bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft.
