Virtual University of Pakistan (VU) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputable advertising agencies accredited by APNS and PBA to carry out VU's advertisements in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Hiring of Advertising Agency(ies) (MKT) The scope includes providing professional advertising services to promote the university's programs and initiatives through various media channels. Agencies must be accredited by the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) and Pakistan Broadcasters Association (PBA) to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. Interested firms should have relevant experience in marketing and advertising, valid FBR registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The tender fee is Rs. 1,000/- and the submission deadline is September 30, 2026, with bid receiving at 02:00 pm and opening at 02:30 pm.
