Hiring Services of Catering, Transport, Hotel, Printing, Publicity Material, Stationary, and Tent Services for Financial Year 2026-27

Jammu & Kashmir Liberation Cell, Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms for hiring multiple services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers a wide range of services including Catering, Transport, Hotel Services, Printing/Printing of Literature, Publicity Material Banners, Stationary, and Tent Services. The detailed specifications and quantities for each service are provided in the respective annexures and can be obtained free of cost from the office of the undersigned during office hours before the closing date. Items being procured: - Catering Service items including various types of rice dishes, karhai, qorma, pulses, vegetables, macaroni, chicken boti, seekhkabab, fish, goshtaba, fried fish, raita, salad, nan, sweet dishes, cold drinks, tea, samosas, pakoras, biscuits, cakes, disposable food containers, and more. - Transport Service items including cars with AC/heater, Land Cruiser/Jeep, Suzuki local, Hiace, Coaster, Mazda, and double cabin pickup vehicles. - Hotel Services including room fare, entertainment, laundry, and miscellaneous services. - Printing/Printing of Literature items including books, magazines, research journals, reports, brochures, file covers, envelopes, letter pads, pictorial albums, pamphlets, calendars, and more. - Publicity Material Banners items including outdoor and indoor SMD screens, steamer installation, panaflex media, cloth for bandages/flags, hoarding boards, standees, shields, placards, frames, photo prints, sign boards, billboards, flags, banner installation, bamboo pieces, video documentary, drone coverage, and artwork on walls. - Stationary items including various types of papers, registers, markers, file folders, pencils, sharpeners, erasers, pins, ballpoint pencils, pens, tags, envelopes, gum sticks, fluid, paper cutters, rollers, table sets, ink removers, pen holders, highlighters, staplers, calculators, stamps, poker, paper punches, tape, fax rolls, file chits, scissors, toners, USBs, CDs, DVDs, data cables, audio recorders, diaries, baskets, clocks, office bells, desk pens, sticky notes, and more. - Tent Services items including chairs, sofas, presidential chairs, center tables, carpets, stages with accessories, shamianas, canopies, generators, tables, thermos flasks, glassware, sound systems, flowers, lighting, fans, carriage of tent items, backdrops, launchers, air coolers, and hall rent. The technical scope requires all items and services to meet or exceed the minimum specifications provided. The suppliers must have relevant experience, valid registrations, and must submit earnest money/security deposits as specified. The contract period is one year for the financial year 2026-27, with some services allowing extension for three months. Bids will be evaluated on a single stage, single envelope basis, with technical and financial proposals submitted together. The lowest evaluated bidder with the best quality will be awarded the contract.
