Tender Description
The Sindh Social Protection Authority (SSPA), Government of Sindh, invites sealed bids for the hiring of Cloud Hosting Services for the Strengthening Social Protection Delivery System (SSPDS) in Sindh. This procurement is part of the World Bank funded project aimed at enhancing social protection delivery in the province.

The scope involves engaging a qualified cloud hosting service provider to support the SSPDS platform. Bidders must comply with the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers and demonstrate eligibility as per the bidding documents.
Interested bidders can obtain further information and inspect bidding documents at the Procurement Section PM&IU of SSPDS during office hours Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:00 pm or visit the official website www.sspa.gos.pk/procurement. The bidding document in English is available upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000 via pay order/bank draft in favor of Sindh Social Protection Authority, Social Protection Department GoS. The document can also be downloaded free of charge from the official website.
Bids must be delivered by 11:00 am on October 12, 2026, to the specified address in Karachi. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives.
All bids must include a duly completed Bid-Securing Declaration as per the bidding document. Failure to submit this will result in the bid being considered non-responsive.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid includes the Bid-Securing Declaration form fully completed and signed to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the submission deadline and deliver bids in person to avoid rejection.
