Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of 2 Modified KONE Lifts at State Life Building Mirpurkhas

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLICP) invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPAD) under Single Stage Single Envelope system from bidders with PEC registration and active taxpayers on FBR/SRB lists for the tender of operation, servicing, and maintenance of two modified KONE lifts installed at the State Life Building in Mirpurkhas. Items being procured: - Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of 2 Modified Lifts, Make (KONE) Installed at State Life Building Mirpurkhas. Bidders must submit original bid security in hard copy amounting to PKR 50,000. Bids without original bid security will be rejected. The bids must be submitted on EPADS by 14-10-2026 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidder representatives at the specified address. In case of a public holiday or unfavorable circumstances, bids will be opened on the next working day with the same venue and time. SLIC reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per public procurement rules. Eligibility requires PEC registration, active FBR/SRB taxpayer status, and submission of bid security.
