Hiring of Consultancy Services for Estimation of Maintenance and Renovation Work of Quaid-i-Azam University Campus Buildings and Residential Colonies

Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad invites proposals for hiring consultancy services for estimation of maintenance and renovation work of the university campus buildings and residential colonies. The technical proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with RFP and the tender title. Electronic bids are also accepted via EPADS portal on or before the closing date of 22-10-2026 at 2:00 PM. The technical proposal opening is scheduled for 22-10-2026 at 2:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director (P&D), Admin Block, QAU Islamabad. Eligibility requires firms to submit a bid security of Rs. 0.200 million in the form of CDR or bank draft along with the technical proposal. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid via pay order/demand draft in favor of the Treasurer, QAU Islamabad. The procurement will follow the single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
