Tender Description
Public Health Engineering Division Karak-I, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the feasibility study of the Drinking Water Supply Scheme (DWSS) from Kamangar Spring in District Karak. The study covers areas including (A) Ahmad Wala, Surati Kalli, Saikot and Zanya Kaly Tehsil Takht e Nasrati, District Karak and (B) Kandas, Tordand and Rehmat Abad Tehsil and District Karak.

The scope includes comprehensive research, surveys, and detailed design work to assess the viability and technical requirements of the water supply scheme. Interested consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) bearing relevant codes, and registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be downloaded from the EPADS / KP-PPRA website before the closing date. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the RFP documents and submitted through EPADS (file uploading system) on or before 12/10/2026 at 1200 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Peshawar at Plot No. 40, Sector B-II, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 05/10/2026 at 1400 hours. Clarifications and queries may be communicated through EPADS or from the office of the undersigned. Incomplete or conditional applications will not be entertained. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals by assigning cogent reasons.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the RFP documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Maintaining compliance with PEC, KPRA, and FBR registrations is essential for eligibility.
