Hiring of Consultancy Services for Designing and Modification of Furniture Layout/Design for Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited Offices

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites proposals for hiring consultancy services for designing and modification of existing furniture layout and design across its various offices including Head Office, Regional Offices, Sub-Regional Offices, Transmission Offices, Customer Service Centers, and Complaint Centers located primarily in Lahore and other cities. The consultancy aims to develop modern, efficient, and standardized furniture designs to improve customer experience, optimize office layouts, and ensure cost-effective durable solutions. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for site visits at 1) Head Office Lahore, 2) Regional Distribution Offices in Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, 3) Transmission Office Faisalabad, 4) Customer Service and Complaint Centers at these locations - Comprehensive assessment of existing furniture and layout designs - Development of concept designs, layout plans, interior and exterior designs - Detailed furniture design including tables, counters, workstations, storage - 3D renders and visualization of proposed designs - Preparation of detailed AutoCAD drawings - Presentations of viable solutions to management - Material specifications and BOQs for each office category - Cost estimates per unit for each category and building - Standardization of designs for all offices - Preparation of complete tendering documents in phases - Preparation of submission and working/detail drawings - Response to queries till completion of physical execution - Evaluation of technical and financial proposals for physical execution - Supervision of projects during execution with periodic visits - Submission of completion drawings and obtaining completion certificates - Delivery of soft copies of working and as-built drawings The consultancy requires a registered Architect/Interior Design firm with PCATP or PEC, with experience of at least five similar projects involving multiple offices with covered area above 100,000 sq ft. The consultant must appoint a Project Manager licensed by PEC or registered with PCATP. The contract duration is estimated up to 5 years including physical execution. Earnest money of Rs. 100,000 is mandatory with the technical bid. The proposal submission and opening dates are as per the tender notice advertised. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed two-envelope system (Technical and Financial) with bid security. Joint ventures are allowed as per PPRA rules. Bidders should carefully follow the instructions in the RFP, including submission of signed and stamped documents, compliance with technical evaluation criteria, and timely delivery of proposals to the Incharge (Civil), 2nd Floor, SNGPL Head Office, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore. Late submissions will not be accepted. The consultancy fee will be paid on a lump sum basis in stages as per the payment schedule. No advance payments will be made. The consultant is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and professional standards throughout the contract.
