Hiring of Consultant Firms for Design Review and Construction Supervision of Multiple Road and Bridge Projects

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites consultancy firms to submit proposals for design review and construction supervision services for several important infrastructure projects in Pakistan. These projects include the rehabilitation and construction of additional carriageways, road improvements, and bridge construction across various locations. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation and Construction of additional Carriageway on Faisalabad – Pindi Bhattian Motorway (M-4) Package-I, II & III - Improvement and Upgradation of Road from Lodhran to Multan Package-I & II - Construction of New Rehmania Bridge at KM: 1382~1383 on N-5 - Construction of Missing Cloverleaf Loop and Improvement of local traffic connectivity at Junction of M-1/M-2 Motorway at N-5 (G.T Road) Islamabad - Construction of 02-Lane Approach Road and River Training Works on Layyah – Taunsa Bridge These consultancy services require expert design review and supervision to ensure quality and timely completion of the projects. The scope covers multiple locations including Faisalabad, Pindi Bhattian, Lodhran, Multan, Islamabad, and Layyah. The projects involve complex civil works including motorway carriageways, road upgrades, bridge construction, and traffic connectivity improvements. Prospective firms must have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR registration, and proven experience in similar large-scale infrastructure projects. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per the original RFP notice. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 25th August 2026 at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of NHA Regional Office, Shahpur Interchange, Multan Road, Lahore.
