Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), a State Owned Enterprise, invites E-BIDS from eligible bidders including individual consultants, firms, and joint ventures as consultants. The procurement is for hiring a consultant to conduct a detailed study on the technical and financial impacts of distributed solar photovoltaic (PV) integration on distribution utility operations and infrastructure. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for study on technical impacts of distributed solar PV - Consultancy services for study on financial impacts of distributed solar PV - Analysis of integration effects on distribution utility operations - Assessment of infrastructure requirements and impacts The scope includes comprehensive technical and financial analysis, data collection, modeling, and reporting. The consultant must have relevant experience in solar energy integration and utility operations. Bidders must comply with PPRA rules and submit bids through the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favor of the Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan is mandatory. The deadline for E-BID submission is 21st August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS, and a physical copy marked with tender number and title must be delivered to the office of the Director (Procurement), Distribution MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan before the deadline.
