Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later at a date/time to be announced. Bidders must quote prices inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required, payable through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. Complaints can be filed via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
