Tender Description
Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites unconditional bids from bidders or Joint Ventures for the hiring of contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for a period of one year, extendable to another year. The bidding process will be conducted online through the e-Procurement system of Punjab as per Rule 38 (2)(a) i.e. Single Stage–Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method.

- DGBT-1 (Sagian Mandi TCP)
- DGBT-II (Shadman TCP)
- GT 19-20, ST (Singhpura Mandi TCP)
- RT (Bani Chowk & Jadda TCP)
- ST (China Scheme TCP)
- NT, GT (Gajjumata, Kot Lakhpat & Tehyyat TCP)
- AIT-I (Mohanwal & Qutabland TCP)
- AIT-II (Bakarmandi & Raiwand TCP)
The contract involves transportation of secondary waste from various transfer stations and collection points to the dumpsite. The estimated annual cost including taxes is approximately Rs. 1.078 billion. Bid security at 2% of the estimated price is required for each lot. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 1100 hours on or before October 14, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Eligibility criteria include compliance with bid security requirements and submission of bids as per the bidding document available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
