Providing Sanitation Material and Rented Vehicles for Garbage Collection and Transfer to GTS Point for Different Union Councils of District Tando Mohammad Khan

The District Council Tando Mohammad Khan invites sealed tenders for providing sanitation material and rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point for different Union Councils of District Tando Mohammad Khan. The contract duration is six months from 01 November 2026 to 30 April 2027. Items being procured: - Sanitation material - Rented vehicles for garbage collection and transfer to GTS Point This service contract requires firms registered in the Waste Management sector; civil contractor firms are not eligible. Waste Management firms must hold a license from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) for non-hazardous waste updated till 2026 and must have a generated website. Registration from Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) with Waste Management codes 9852, 0000 is mandatory. NTN must be attached with the bid along with a three-year bank statement and experience certificate. Contractors must be return filers updated to 2025. The firm should have five years of experience in outsourcing rural and collection, dumping, recycling of municipal/town garbage and landfill site management. Experience in waste management capacity building and maintaining a company website is required. Firms must have been awarded at least 50 contracts of outsourcing waste management on the EPAID site and submit audit reports for 2025 from a reputable chartered accountancy firm with UDIN code. The tender fee is Rs. 1000, and earnest money of 2% of the bid amount is required in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of District Council T.M. Khan. Bids will be received and opened on 12-10-2026 at 10:00 AM, with a second attempt on 27-10-2026 at 10:00 AM if necessary. Bidders must submit their bids on the EPAID site under the signature of the Chief Officer District Council T.M. Khan. The contract will be awarded subject to approval by the Chairman/Chief Officer District Council T.M. Khan as per government rules.
