Hiring of Contractors and Suppliers for Stationery, Vehicle Repair, and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Chief Conservator of Forests Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from financially stable, registered firms, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) or holding Form-C. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-27 to fulfill needs for stationery items, repair of vehicles, and miscellaneous items at Gilgit. Items being procured: - Repair of Transport (Vehicles & Motorcycle) - Stationery items - Miscellaneous items The procurement is funded under the Regular Budget (FY 2026-27), Annual Development Programme (ADP), Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP), Forest Wildlife & Environment (FWF) Projects, and Donor-Funded Projects. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure as per GB PPRA Rules. Bidders must quote consolidated rates inclusive of all labor charges and service costs for Category B (Repair of Transport). Separate labor charges will not be entertained. Eligibility requires active registration with SECP/Form-C and inclusion on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR/GB Revenue Authority. A 5% bid security in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must accompany the tender documents. A valid affidavit on stamp paper worth Rs. 100/- confirming the bidder has never been blacklisted by any Government or PPRA entity is mandatory. Sealed bids must be physically delivered to the Office of the Chief Conservator Forests, GB, near Beb-e-Gilgit Jutial, Gilgit. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the statutory coverage of the GB PPRA Rules 2021. The closing date for all categories is 3rd September 2026, with specific closing times for each category: 10:30 AM for Repair of Transport, 10:40 AM for Stationery items, and 10:50 AM for Miscellaneous items. Bidders should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
