Hiring of Firm/Contractor for Supply of Skilled/Unskilled Manpower at JPCL TPS Jamshoro

Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL) invites bids for the hiring of a firm or contractor for the supply of skilled and unskilled manpower at JPCL TPS Jamshoro. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the manpower requirements for the power station to ensure smooth operations and maintenance. Items being procured: - Skilled manpower - Unskilled manpower The scope covers the provision of manpower services at the Jamshoro Thermal Power Station. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board to be eligible. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage One Envelope process under PPRA rules, with evaluation based on the Least Cost Based Selection to choose the most advantageous proposer or bidder. The bid security required is Rs. 1,000,000/- and bids must remain valid for 90 days after opening. The bid submission is electronic through the EPAD portal. The deadline for submission is on or before 11:30 hrs on 9th November 2026, with bid opening scheduled at 12:00 hrs the same day. JPCL reserves the right to reject any bid at any stage prior to award as per Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
