Hiring of Firm for Procurement of Different Services by Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit Environment Protection & Climate Change Department

The Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SP&IU) of the Environment Protection & Climate Change Department Punjab invites bids for hiring a firm for procurement of different services. The procurement is based on a single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule No. 38 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. The firm will provide services including environmental games & immersive learning (AR/VR), organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations sessions on environment and climate awareness, film/documentary festival with universities and other relevant collaboration, engagement of opinion leaders, and other related activities. Items being procured: - Environmental Games & Immersive Learning (AR/VR) (40 million Rs) - Organization of TED Talks and Model United Nations Sessions on Environment and Climate Awareness (30 million Rs) - Film/Documentary Festival (with universities and other relevant Collaborations) (30 million Rs) - Engagement of Opinion Leaders - Validity of bid 120 days The bid security is Rs. 600,000 in the form of a Pay Order or CDR valid for 120 days. Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System (PPS) on or before 4 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The bidders must be registered with Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with all terms and conditions mentioned in the bidding documents. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of the PPRA Rules 2014. Eligibility includes registration with PEC if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as specified.
