Hiring of Firm for Security Services for Shelter Homes in D.G. Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah, Muzaffargarh

The Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Dera Ghazi Khan Division invites electronic bids on Punjab e-procurement system for the hiring of a firm to provide security services for Shelter Homes and Children Homes (Male & Female) in D.G. Khan, Rajanpur, Layyah, and Muzaffargarh for the financial year 2026-27 (October 2026 to June 2027). This tender is specifically for firms or companies engaged in relevant security services and registered with the appropriate authorities. Items being procured: - Three (3) Security Guards for Shelter Home, D.G. Khan - Three (3) Security Guards for Shelter Home, Rajanpur - Three (3) Security Guards for Shelter Home, Layyah - Three (3) Security Guards for Shelter Home, Muzaffargarh - Three (3) Security Guards for Children Home (Male), D.G. Khan - Three (3) Security Guards for Children Home (Female), D.G. Khan The total quantity required is 18 security guards. The total estimated cost including all applicable taxes and charges is Rs. 8,910,000 (Rs. 55,000 per month per guard). A bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 178,200 is required. Bidders must submit scanned copies of bid security in the form of CDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank in favor of the Divisional Director, Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, D.G. Khan Division. The original instrument must be delivered before the closing date and time. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope system as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk by 17-09-2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the undersigned. Successful bidders will be required to submit 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order.
