Hiring of a Firm for Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing and ISO 27001 Controls Assessment of Student Attendance Monitoring & Redress System

The Government of Sindh, through the World Bank funded SELECT Project and Reform Support Unit (RSU), invites sealed quotations from eligible service providers for hiring a firm to conduct Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VATP) and ISO 27001 Controls Assessment of the Student Attendance Monitoring & Redress System (SAMRS). Items being procured: - Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VATP) - ISO 27001 Controls Assessment of Student Attendance Monitoring & Redress System (SAMRS) This procurement is managed by the Project Implementation Unit (PMIU) SELECT under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, located in Karachi. The scope includes comprehensive security testing and controls assessment to ensure the robustness and compliance of the SAMRS system. Interested bidders must submit quotations based on the specifications and terms outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document, which can be downloaded from https://rsu-sindh.gop.pk. Bidding will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers July 2016 (Revised Nov 2017 and August 2018). Quotations must be delivered physically to the address of the Project Coordinator, SELECT PMIU, Reform Support Unit School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, 47-E/1, Street No. 48, PECHS Block-6, Near Nursery Furniture Market, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi by or before 02 October 2026 at 16:00 PM PST. Late submissions will be rejected. Electronic submissions are not allowed. Bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including relevant experience and registrations such as FBR/ATL.
