Hiring of Firms for Provision of Janitorial Services for 21 Personnel and Cleanliness Material for 8 Months

The Social Welfare & Bait-Ul-Maal Department Sahiwal Division Sahiwal invites bids from reputable firms or companies duly registered with relevant authorities and also on Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA for deployment of janitorial personnel along with cleanliness material at various institutions and offices of the department in Sahiwal city. Items being procured: - Hiring of janitorial services for 21 personnel @ 62,000 PKR per person - Provision of cleanliness material The contract duration is initially for 8 months, extendable based on satisfactory performance and mutual consultation. The estimated cost inclusive of all taxes is Rs. 10,416,000 for the 8-month period. A fixed bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 208,320 is required.
