Service & Maintenance Contract of ICU Ventilators at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi

Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi invites E-bids for the Service & Maintenance contract of ICU Ventilators at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi for the financial year 2026-2027. The contract is open to registered firms with established credentials in technical, experienced, financial, and managerial capabilities. The tendering process will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, Section 38 (2) (a) Single Stage Two Envelops as explained in the E-Bidding Document. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the estimated total bid cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical submission of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order is required. E-Bids will be opened on 02/11/2026 at 10:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms.
