Vehicles must be in good condition, not older than 10-15 years, and comply with university standards including neatness and punctuality. The contractor is responsible for all maintenance, insurance, and operational costs. Drivers and staff must be properly licensed, medically fit, and maintain professional conduct. The service includes scheduled pick and drop of students on working days with possible weekend service on demand. Penalties apply for late arrivals, non-compliance, and failure to provide agreed services. Eligibility criteria include registration with SRB and FBR with active status, valid PEC category, and experience in similar university transport projects. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security and a performance security of 5% of the bid price.
