Hiring of Food Setups on Rental Basis at International Islamic University Islamabad

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites E-bids on EPAD from firms and general services suppliers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Department and active on FBR's Active Taxpayer's List (TL) for the supply of services on rental basis for Food Setups at International Islamic University, New Campus H-10 and Old Campus Faisal Mosque (IIUI). Items being procured: - Food Setups including Canteen adjacent to Hazrat Maryam (R.A) Block Female Campus - Refreshment adjacent to Hazrat Maryam (R.A) Block Female Campus - Canteen Near Block-III Male Campus - Refreshment Near Block-III Male Campus - Tea Stall Near Block-III Male Campus - Canteen behind HBL Male Campus - Food Corner at Students Facilitation Center New Campus - Kuwait Hostel Canteen Old Campus - Admin Block Canteen Old Campus - Canteen Administration Block New Campus - Canteen ICT New Campus - Fruit Juice Shop at Kuwait Hostel Old Campus The services of Food Setups shall initially be valid for one year and may be extended up to two years subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with PPRA rules with a 10% annual increase. Bidding documents with eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, bid securities, and tender fee of Rs.8000/- against each setup can be obtained/downloaded from IIUI website https://www.iiu.edu.pk, PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk or EPADS https://eprocure.gov.pk/. Bids must be prepared as per instructions with refundable Bid Security and non-refundable tender fee paid via Bank Draft/Pay Order titled 'IIUI General Services & Misc. Income A/C # 5002471381 Bank Al-Falah Limited'. Eligibility includes registration with FBR, minimum three years relevant experience at university level with documentary evidence, active income tax status, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, and relevant food authority license for Food Setups. Technical bids will be opened on 04-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or representatives.
