Hiring of HR Firm for Provision of Human Resource Services by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL)

This procurement is for the engagement of six Master Trainers specialized in Beekeeping and Mushroom Farming to support the WIFP–Challenge Fund Project in specific regions including Murree, Peshawar Division, and Rawalpindi Division. Items being procured: - 2 Master Trainers for Beekeeping in Murree for 12 months - 2 Master Trainers for Mushroom Farming in Peshawar Division for 5 months - 2 Master Trainers for Mushroom Farming in Rawalpindi Division for 5 months The HR firm shall ensure timely deployment and coordination with ZTBL project coordinators, provide replacements within 45 days if any trainer resigns or is removed, and ensure compliance with minimum wage laws and labor regulations. Preference will be given to candidates with local domicile. The scope includes training, mentorship, site selection support, beneficiary coordination, and technical assistance in beekeeping and mushroom farming practices.
