Tender Description
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from International Consultants in joint venture with local consultants for the hospital planning of Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation located in Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore. This procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (amended up to date).
Items being procured:
- Hiring of International Consultant for hospital planning
The scope involves detailed hospital planning services for a specialized medical facility focusing on genetics, blood diseases, and bone marrow transplantation. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and planning services to ensure the project meets international standards and local regulatory requirements.
Interested consultants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The EOI document and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal and the PPRA website. The response time is calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the authority's website.
EOI proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the deadline of 09th November 2026 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Any submission through other modes will not be considered.
If the submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the EOI document and ensure timely registration and submission through the official e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with the Punjab e-Procurement System and adherence to PPRA rules will be critical for successful participation.
